Phase II was built in the early 50's and is comprised of seven unique layouts of our newly remodeled one bedroom units. The vintage cabinetry was lovingly restored when possible. Phase II features newer appliances with electric ranges, central cooling with gas heat. Each apartment also received new tile flooring, new plumbing and lighting fixtures, and custom tile work in the baths.
